Our Package Program

The First Responders Resilience Network and Command Counseling Center have partnered to provide a proactive behavioral health management system for first responder departments.

This package brings together training, clinical support, wellness check-ins, critical incident response, and leadership consulting into one coordinated program. Departments receive seats to the First Responders Resilience Network online training platform, giving members practical tools they can access anytime, while also providing real-time behavioral health support through licensed professionals who understand the first responder environment.

Designed specifically for the realities of first responder work, this program provides departments with both the tools and the professional support needed to protect the long-term well-being of their people.
